Choose your session above to check availability on Square. Online booking is for Sebastopol. For house calls or Walnut Creek appointments, contact me to arrange your visit.

Will you focus on the area I came in for?

Yes. We’ll discuss your main concern and make it a priority. I may also recommend working on related areas when that fits your goals. I’ll explain the approach and check in with you throughout.

What products do you use?

I use ZOMA™ The Fascia Cream during appropriate hands-on work. If you prefer a session without cream or would like to remain fully clothed or covered, let me know so I can adapt the approach.

What about clothing and draping?

Your comfort and privacy come first. Professional draping is used, and only the area being worked on is uncovered, with your consent. You can also choose to remain fully clothed or covered, with techniques adapted accordingly.

Can I change the pressure or decline a technique?

Yes. You can request a change in pressure, decline any technique, or pause the session at any time.

My approach

Experienced hands. Focused attention.

Every session draws on my experience, knowledge of anatomy, and hands-on assessment. I work with muscles and fascia—the connective tissue surrounding and supporting structures throughout your body—and may work beyond the area where you first notice tension. Your session can focus on a specific concern or take a whole-body approach.

Fascia, muscles & movement

Therapeutic massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, psoas release and hip-flexor work, and assisted stretching for areas that feel tight, restricted, or overworked.

Detailed, focused bodywork

Jaw massage and tongue work, intraoral massage, abdominal bodywork, and foot reflexology allow more focused attention where appropriate. For intraoral work, I use gloves and obtain explicit consent.

Additional techniques & relaxation

Cupping, Gua Sha, Reiki, guided breathing, meditation, and sound-based relaxation may be incorporated when appropriate and agreed upon.

You bring your concerns. I assess the areas of tension and guide the session, adjusting the work as we go.

Meet Om

My friends call me Om.

I’m Carlos, a massage therapist practicing since 2009. My work brings together therapeutic massage, fascia-focused bodywork, and close attention to how your body responds. I assess, adapt, and guide each session, whether you come in for focused work or time to unwind.

I’m also a fascia specialist, Reiki Master, meditation guide, and breathwork facilitator. These practices can complement your session when you’re interested.

My training in Native American healing practices comes through my family lineage. In 2009, my great-grandmother, Amanda Aparicio Hercules, passed this work on to me. Her teachings remain an important part of how I approach care, presence, and connection.
